About

UPDATE: this blog has been discontinued. Do not pass go, do not collect $200.

Why? Because sometimes experiments come to an end. Even really good ones.

But rest assured, nothing has changed at Squidoo. Squidoo still makes it easy for people to make free pages, earn royalties, and donate those earnings to terrific charities.

But that’s better learned here.

    Hi AnneReidy!

Would love it if you could feature my Squidoo page, as you mentioned was possible.

    Hello Anne -

whenever I hear or read about violence against women, wife beaters, rapists, or domestic violence – I have a very deep emotional reaction. I’m getting very, very angry (not good, I know) and I feel like the perpetrator is lucky that I’m not anywhere close to him.

Fortunately, there are folks with better control over their anger and I would like to support them:

    SafePlace Austin

I’ve contacted their community organizer by phone, and I followed up with an email containing links to Squidoo.com and a couple of charity lenses. I’m awaiting her response.

Independently from the Austin organizer’s response – as this is a national organization – could you consider adding SafePlace to our list of recipients?

    Best,
    Chef Keem

I am new to Squidoo and am working on my first lens:
    squido.com/fotp
My sister, Joan Adams, told me that you might be able to help me learn how to make money for our non profit organization, Friends of the Park.
I would appreciate any information you could send.
    Thank you, Nancy
